This blade has two types of serrated edges developed originally. When cutting the hard surface of breads, use the sharpe edge on the tip, which smoothly cut in the bread. When cutting soft center part of the bread use the gentle curve edge near the handle, which makes the slices beautiful and makes few bread crumbs.
