Spicy chili peppers are cooked down in a bath of apple cider vinegar, ginger root, garlic and a touch of lime juice. This jam has a smooth lingering spice with a kick of flavor from all sides.

JEN'S NOTES

By far my favorite jam in the shop. Spread on some toast and top with scrambled eggs for breakfast. For lunch, my favorite way of incorporating this jam is adding it to a BLAT sandwich.
