Sardinian Fleur de Sel

Origin: Sardinia - Sant'Antioco

This Sardinian fleur de sel is a fine and delicate sea salt produced on the island of Sardinia. It is harvested by hand from salty seawater and slowly dried in the sun to retain its unique flavor and natural minerals.

It has a crystalline white color and a slightly crunchy texture. It has a sweet and subtle flavor, with hints of shellfish and lemon.
